Ingredients
- 200mL low-fat milk
- 1⁄2 cup -1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 and 1⁄2 scoops IsoWhey Strawberry Smoothie
- 1-2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
- Ice (if using fresh strawberries)
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend to combine. Enjoy.
