Mango & vanilla

Ingredients

  • 200mL low-fat milk
  • 1⁄2 mango
  • 1 and 1⁄2 scoops IsoWhey Madagascan Vanilla
  • 1-2 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • Ice

 

Method 

  1. Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
