Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • ½ frozen ripe banana
  • 1 frozen kiwifruit
  • Handful of spinach
  • 2-3cm piece of zucchini
  • 2 teaspoons IsoWhey Wholefoods Organic Bio-Fermented Pea + Brown Rice Protein - Vanilla & Lucuma
  • Frozen berries and shredded coconut (for garnishing)

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients except for those for garnishing
  2. place berries and coconut for garnishing on top of the smoothie
