Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana, frozen into 2cm chunks
  • 1/2 tablespoon almond or peanut butter
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 scoop IsoWhey Banana Smoothie protein powder

To serve

  • 1 teaspoon almond or peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoon coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon pecans
  • ¼ banana, sliced into thin rounds
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Method

  1. Add all ingredients together in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with toppings.
