Banana Nut Smoothie Bowl
Prep Time: 5 minutes
- 1/2 banana, frozen into 2cm chunks
- 1/2 tablespoon almond or peanut butter
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ cup ice
- 1 scoop IsoWhey Banana Smoothie protein powder
- 1 teaspoon almond or peanut butter
- 2 tablespoon coconut flakes
- 1 tablespoon pecans
- ¼ banana, sliced into thin rounds
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- Add all ingredients together in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and top with toppings.
