Tuna & brown rice salad

185g tinned tuna in springwater, drained
2 cups vegetables (red onion or spring onion, celery, capsicum, etc.), finely chopped
1⁄4 cup fresh herbs, e.g. parsley, finely chopped
2 tsp homemade mayonnaise (egg, virgin olive oil, lemon juice)
2/3 cup of cooked brown rice
- Combine all ingredients and serve.
