Chicken Waldorf Salad

Ingredients

  • ½ cup steamed chicken fillet, chopped
  • ½ green apple, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 6 walnuts
  • ¼ red onion, finely sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Vegetable salt, if desired 
  • Black pepper 

 

 

Method

  1. Combine chicken, apple, celery, walnuts and red onion.
  2. Dress with olive oil mixed with lemon juice. 
  3. Season to taste.

 

Serves: 1

Prep time: 10-15 minutes
