Chicken Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
- ½ cup steamed chicken fillet, chopped
- ½ green apple, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 6 walnuts
- ¼ red onion, finely sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Vegetable salt, if desired
- Black pepper
Method
- Combine chicken, apple, celery, walnuts and red onion.
- Dress with olive oil mixed with lemon juice.
- Season to taste.
