Chicken & bean salad

Cooking time: 10 minutes
1 cup steamed chicken fillets, chopped
2 cups vegetables (celery, red onion, parsley, capsicum, etc.), chopped
400g can white beans or 1 cup cooked beans
Juice of 1⁄2 lemon
2 tbsp olive oil
- Combine all ingredients and dress with lemon juice and olive oil.
