Summer fruit salad with IsoWhey® yoghurt

Ingredients 

  • Choose fresh fruit in season
  • 1⁄2 cup grapes
  • 1⁄2 cup blueberries
  • 1⁄2 cup strawberries,
  • sliced 2 small apricots, stone removed,
  • chopped 1 nectarine, stone removed,
  • chopped 1 cup chopped rockmelon
  • Pulp of 2 passionfruits
  • 200mL low-fat yoghurt
  • 1⁄2 scoop IsoWhey® Madagascan Vanilla
  • mint leaves, chopped

Method 

  1. Combine fruit in a bowl.
  2. Mix passionfruit pulp with yoghurt and IsoWhey® Madagascan Vanilla and serve over fruit.
  3. Sprinkle with mint leaves.
