IsoWhey winter oats with pear, cinnamon and crushed nuts

Cook time: 2 minutes 30 seconds
- 1/2 cup of rolled oats
- 3/4 cup of water or 2/3 cup of your preferred milk
- 1 scoop (or 1 sachet) of IsoWhey Madagascan Vanilla protein powder
- ½ pear, sliced
- Crushed nuts, like almonds, pecans and hazelnuts
- Combine the rolled oats and milk (or water) in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
- Remove and stir, then cook for a further 1 minute.
- Add 1 scoop (or 1 sachet) of IsoWhey protein powder and stir.
- Serve into bowls and add your favourite topping.
- Top with pear slices and crushed nuts. Enjoy!
