Cook time: 2 minutes 30 seconds

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup of water or 2/3 cup of your preferred milk
  • 1 scoop (or 1 sachet) of IsoWhey Madagascan Vanilla protein powder
  • ½ pear, sliced
  • Crushed nuts, like almonds, pecans and hazelnuts

Method

  1. Combine the rolled oats and milk (or water) in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
  2. Remove and stir, then cook for a further 1 minute.
  3. Add 1 scoop (or 1 sachet) of IsoWhey protein powder and stir.
  4. Serve into bowls and add your favourite topping.
  5. Top with pear slices and crushed nuts. Enjoy!
