Currant, Cranberry & Pistachio Paleo Porridge

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp IsoWhey® Wholefoods Organic Bio-Fermented Pea + Brown Rice Protein Powder
- 2 cups almond meal
- 2 1/2 cups almond or coconut milk
- 1/4 cup chia seed meal
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 large banana
- 1/4 cup raw pistachios
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup currants
Method
1. Blend all ingredients except pistachios, cranberries and currants in a high speed blender until smooth.
2. Pour the mix into a medium saucepan and mix in the remaining ingredients. Heat the porridge over medium heat until it's warmed through, stirring regularly. Serve warm with a drizzle of nut butter.
