Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 2 tsp IsoWhey Salted Caramel Powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt 
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 tsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp black sesame seeds

 

 

Method

  1. Place oats, water, coconut milk and IsoWhey Salted Caramel powder in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook stirring for 4-5 minutes, or until oats are cooked and creamy. 
  2. Serve porridge with coconut yoghurt, sliced banana, coconut sugar and a sprinkle of black sesame seeds.
