Winter Breakfast Recipes
IsoWhey winter oats with pear, cinnamon and crushed nuts
1/2 cup of rolled oats
3/4 cup of water or 2/3 cup of your preferred milk
1 scoop (or 1 sachet) of IsoWhey Madagascan Vanilla protein powder
½ pear, sliced
Crushed nuts, like almonds, pecans and hazelnuts
Combine the rolled oats and milk (or water) in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Remove and stir, then cook for a further 1 minute.
Add 1 scoop (or 1 sachet) of IsoWhey protein powder and stir.
Serve into bowls and add your favourite topping.
Top with pear slices and crushed nuts. Enjoy!
