Prep time: 10 minutes 

 Ingredients

  • 200mL low-fat milk
  • 1⁄2 cup -1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 and 1⁄2 scoops IsoWhey Strawberry Smoothie
  • 1-2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
  • Ice (if using fresh strawberries)

Method 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend to combine. Enjoy.
