Summer fruit salad with IsoWhey® yoghurt
- Choose fresh fruit in season
- 1⁄2 cup grapes
- 1⁄2 cup blueberries
- 1⁄2 cup strawberries,
- sliced 2 small apricots, stone removed,
- chopped 1 nectarine, stone removed,
- chopped 1 cup chopped rockmelon
- Pulp of 2 passionfruits
- 200mL low-fat yoghurt
- 1⁄2 scoop IsoWhey® Madagascan Vanilla
- mint leaves, chopped
- Combine fruit in a bowl.
- Mix passionfruit pulp with yoghurt and IsoWhey® Madagascan Vanilla and serve over fruit.
- Sprinkle with mint leaves.
